This game is the most realistic NBA simulation to date. Live isn't an awful game but NBA 2k9 takes the cake in this bout. The association mode of 2k9 is an addictive experience that will keep you coming back for more. The online gameplay presents you with challenging players by facing you against people with your skill level, allowing you to always have a chance to win. All in all, if you love the NBA and are looking to decide between this and Live, get this. Another great feature is the updated rosters, so you are always feeling like you are playing in an actual NBA game. You can create a player and put him on your favorite team. This game is an outstanding experience and in my opinion 2k is the best basketball franchise of all time. Until NBA 2k10 comes out I still recommend buying this game if you don't have it, and it is only 20-30 dollars now depending where you go.
