How do u get 2 the innovation kitchen?

I got the letter from the shoe company that says if I get better I can got to the innovation kitchen. I have played for a whole month after that and I still haven't gotten into it. I just want to know how much better I have to be or what special thing I have to do to get in.

It comes as soon as you make it to the playoffs its a default for all my carrer players if you sign with nike or jordan it all comes at the end of the season also *Spoiler alert there will be commercials for the signature shoe you create throughout the playoffs.
