How to trade with other teams?

do you mean trade players with other teams...well... ... .. .. go to options...then go to manage roster..then..go to team rosters...go for the team and player you want to trade....for ex..i want to trade lebron james... i would go to Cleveland and choose lebron.. after that press x..and choose trade with another team..there will be a menu to choose what team...choose what team you want to trade him with..then thats it.. hope u understand..sorry for my bad English...

If you mean players then go to options, manage roster then select the team roster then select the team with the player you want to trade with. For example you pick Celtics you select a player like Garnett then press X. Pick Trade with other teams, select the team you want to trade from, pick the player you want then press X.

Here's how it should look...
1.Go to options
2.Select Manage Roster
3. Select team rosters and pick team
4. Select player and press X
5. Pick trade with other team
6. Pick team you want to trade with
7. Choose player you want to trade with
8. Press X
