This is a great basketball game. It has unbelievable graphics for a sports game, but gameplay to me is very frustrating. It is very hard to shoot the ball well, although it's also hard to shoot in real life, the shooting meter makes it fairly hard to beat the computer on easy. I believe like me, most people like easy settings to be almost every shot goes in and hard settings are for real competition. With nba 08 easy is enough. Another more downside is the response time when doing crossovers. Once you crossover, its done and nothing can be done even if your going out of bounds. I don't know how many times I've done that. On the positive side it has great minigames such as dodgeball which is new, skills challenge, own the court (you shoot from different spots until you own the court). And once again the graphics are amazing. never thought the psp could have graphics like that for a sports game. I just wish they would combine nba live and this game. That would be great. Overall it's a good game which is better but harder than nba live. It can get old after a while, but then again what sports game doesn't.
