I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

Does the game have a steep learning curve? YES.

Does the game have long loading times, for some? YES. But the developers are committed to improving this and are working to release weekly patches that improve stability and performance. Dev Steve is working on loadtimes as we speak. Go on the Facebook page and see for yourself - squashing these bugs is top priority. Furthermore the load time mainly applies to joining a server; opening the game is instantaneous on my computer.

Will you die a lot? YES. But K/D ratio is virtually meaningless in this game. If you die 10 times to delay your opponent from getting that resource node up you are a bigger asset to the team than the guy running around like he's playing Quake trying to max his ratio.

Will you be berated if you suck as in other MP games? NO! With the exception of a few trolls, everyone has been INSANELY friendly and eager to teach noobs. After all, it is a team game. If you aren't a part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

Will you miss out on one of the most rewarding experiences in modern gaming if you ignore this game? YES YES YES!
