this is the first and the only Naruto game i played, i am a naruto fan, not a huge one tho, and i can tell this game is everything you wish from a game based on an anime, the graphics are vey suitable, and they are very welldone, the audio is great too, the gameplay is where this game shines, forget abt the story mode coz it sucks, but you will find some nice missions along the way, overall you won't go thro the rest of the story mode as soon as you unlock all characters, sadly the character selection isn't that big when comapred wz the other Naruto games, but it's decent and all charcters are well presented.

the multiplayer is awesome, sadly there is no online, which is very disspointing but the VS mode will keep you busy long enough especially if you have a younger bro who is a pro in the game and a Naruto fan at the same time, the game play like the latest DBZ games wz the camera behind one of the players, it's very suitable actually, it may feel starnge and annoying at first but when you play the game enough, you will realize this is the only way the game could work perefctly.
the controls are simple, they drove me crazy at first, but they are good.
the gameplay feels broken sometime, some moves are very annoying, some characters are broken for sure so you may hate this game if you dun know how to play or you are facing a broken character.

this game could be much better but it's a great start for the series.

final word: while this game is great, you may find it frustrating and repeatitive eventually, so if you are a Naruto fan, buy it, if you are not, you should rent it first, but again, it's a very good and special fighting anime game.
