Storm 3 didn't really improve on much, and the cut scenes were way too long.

I was so hyped up for Storm 3. After the huge disappointing I had from Naruto Storm Generations I had hoped for Storm 3 to take Storm 2 and improve on it. The end result was not what I was expecting. I was really excited when I had heard they were adding the free roam and RPG element back into it. But it turns out it was cut down quite a bit. Instead of traveling to your next mission you were just teleported there. The other thing I was disappointed in was the lack of characters. The developers could have added way more characters then they did. This would have made it a loooot better. I still do like the game, I just feel like I'm replaying the second ninja storm game. Another minor downside is the characters being overpowered. When you're playing the multiplayer and another person spams you with an overpowered character it can get really aggravating and annoying. If you were a huge fan of Storm 2 and you want to buy this game I'd suggest waiting until the price goes down.
