I got this game one day. Started playing at 11 am and I finished it at 6 30 am the next day.

Why did they dumb it down from the previous game? They shouldn't have removed the 3d over-world of Konoha where you could explore, in favor of this stupid sidescrolling kinda deal, go from point A to point B...

Finally someone who realizes how good the dub really is. Also this game is really awesome way more than a 7. Hopefully Generations will be even better.

It is very fun to play. me and my friend unlocked all the characters except for one called Jeeves? All in All this game rocks :)

Ok from a Hardcore naruto fan I'm gonna give you guys my opinion. As for the good stuff, the game is what a naruto fan wants. It's awesome, fights are colourful and entertaining. Story is excellent and boss fights are very well done. It's multiplayer is a very good step. I have bought this game since it came out and I still play it! However, you got some bad stuff too. Frequent loading times that can make you quiet bored from the game. Traveling in story mode is awful. Multiplayer experience is ruined by overpowered awakenings and certain characters who are abused like Sasori. The worst thing though is how the developer completely ignores issues in the game multiplayer WITH NO UPDATE SINCE THE GAME CAME OUT! Problems like endless transmitting, people disconnecting when they lose making you gain nothing while they lose nothing, overpowered awakenings that people spam and awful matchmaking may be fixed by updates. CC2 fails as a developer for a multiplayer game...

Compared to first one, waht does everyone think? Im interested in this one but it seems like the ultimates are better in the first one. Opinions?

I don't understand how this game can be rated anything below 9/10. It's everything the first game should've been. They put so much effort into UNS 2, the visuals are extremely impressive and it stays as true the anime as possible. I have about 26 hours logged into UNS 2, and I'm still not bored. I beat the main story a while ago, but there's still SO MUCH to do in story mode after finishing the main story. He didn't even talk about? the amount of depth in adventure mode outside of the main story.

The first Naruto Storm rock and this is ok but I like the 1 one better. Who agree.

I have to say i agree with the bad stuff but those are minor issues this game deserves a 9.0 imo, but i respect your opinion Carolyn:), great review, Cyber connect 2 one of the best devs ever, i love chapter 4,5,6 and 7, jirays's death and sasuke vs itachi fights are the best moments in this game, very emotional gotta say i love this game, kept my ps3 for more than 8 hours.

I played first Naruto ninja storm and I'm soon gonna buy the second one too. The reviewer here doesn't get it that this is the game for fans. It doesn't matter if others don't get,it matters that it's done the way that fans will play it over and over,because they get it,why they are so many characters in the game and are thankfull that there are more of them in it.

Even though I have almost all the Trophies for this game, man it's so much fun to play this game with your friends and online, and have intensive battles, this is such an under-rated game. Can't wait for 2012 when they launch the third one of these series. I hope Eros-Sennin makes a come-back at least as a playable character with an improved awakening mode.

The game is deep or not depending on what you consider deep. For example if you thing a deep game is something you need to memorize a characters unique move list that is not this game. However if you think a game where you have to actually think about what you do, how to do it, timing, and your opponents condition in terms of vulnerability, chakra, support, and so on than this game is for you (possibly) if you play on harder difficulties because the normal difficulty is a joke. Although the game doesn't have verity in input for combos, certain combos are better at some times than others and can be used to follow up in different ways. Support also adds a little strategic value. Personally I thought games like Street Fighter aren't deep at all due to limited movement, small fields, and nothing besides fist fighting and 1 or 2 projectiles. Not completely sure what you guys mean by competitive so I'm not gonna say anything about that. And awakenings requiring at least some strategy to beat depending on which one is used (ex: susano'o is easy to beat with the right plan, wrong or no plan= death). Also the character roster, the fact the game makes you work for characters is a plus imo because you have a reason to play story mode and the characters feel deserved and the game doesn't fell like I bought it half done already. A 8 or 8.5 is acceptable because it has things that can be improved on but is not a 7.

If you don't know about the extra content then you won't be able to appreciate it. Also if you want to unlock lots of stuff there are way more to look for in the world.

i love this game! no strategy or tactics?? yes there is, if u dnt then you'll die like a lil ....... I platted this within the first week of game release. Anyways I came back to this review to see if it was this he/she that reviewed it lol.

I'd love to see the team that made this game make an Avatar: the last airbender game.

I'm not a Naruto fan. But this game looks amazing! I liked Clash of Ninja 2 (Gamecube). Used to rock it on the Wii, when I owned one. If I were a PS3/360 owner, Naruto Ninjs Storm 2 would be on my "must have" list. But I'm more of a DSlite person.

this girl or guys voice is really annoying. The game LOOKS amazing visually. Havent yet played it but I will defo buy it cuase I love Naruto. shame she/he says the fighting isnt as complex as it should be because i like that in a fighting game (street fighter/tekken ect)

This game is really good.the story is very very good.The best thing about this game is the animations and graphics which single player has.The online is just beginnin' but if you and your opponent have good internet it wiil be very good. THIS IS A REALLY GOOD GAME

Amazing to play with friends and against others :) really really fun to pull off amazing moves with little effort but at the same time being complex enough to make you think.

i just finished it and i can say the game is really good despite the time lost traveling from place to place and that there's no interaction with the environment at all, the fighting is awesome, combos are so cool, story goes with the animated series, ill everyone would enjoy the game because the control and combos are not complicated at all this could a bit bad because the competitive between players can be affected anyway you will enjoy it. Online fighting takes sometime but works fine also a lot of fun
