Where do i find viper fang?

Ive looked everywhere but cant find it please help me

The ONLY way to get the VIPER FANG item is to complete the BONUS objective when replaying the fight between Sasuke (Akatsuki) versus Killer Bee (Human Form).

The scroll is in the Forest of Quiet Movement after you've completed the "Fragment" portion of the Cursed Dolls quest line. There's lots of scrolls in that area so look carefully to make sure you have all the scrolls.

Then, just go to the Hokage's Room in the Hidden Leaf Village. Talk to the NPC on the left and select the option to replay the main battles of the story. The fight will be in the last/bottom section after FINAL CHAPTER.

It's a reward for redoing the Sasuke vs Hachibi fight. I believe you have to beat him with a jutsu. It's pretty easy to do, you'll most likely find yourself having to awaken at some point and just spam him with amaterasu.

Once you have beaten Killerbee (awakened) you will get the option to reply main battles (from the guy in the hokage's office)

Do so and you will be rewarded with a viper fang

But i beat the game and everything but i cant replay the fragment. do i jus need 2 search 4 the replay scrolls?

Doh, I got mixed up in my answer. You don't have to beat him with a jutsu, just awakened.
