Why does toby has no sharingan?

well in the anime they only SHOWED that he HAS a sharingan we never see him use it... thus theres no point of him with a sharingan unless its manga related...

Because he is toby not madara.For madara they used the side of him thats clumsy and seems like hes incompetent and thats toby and toby never used sharingan in the anime so thats why he doesnt have it

Well he's got Eternal Mangekyo, so he would totally own even Four-Tails cuz of the time and space thing. But he sort of uses it in his Ultimate Jutsu coz if you notice, he runs away from the bomb really quick. And in Ult Mode, he kind of uses Sharing cause he sort of glances or something.

Tobi has sharingan it would be so unfair to the other characters because ut's too strong

Its true that he has sharingan powers and the jutsu that the fourth had but im guessing that when the game came out they hadnt shown in the anime or manga yet that tobi possessed those powers yet so when the next game is made they'll add even more characters like killer bee (and if they get far enough in the manga/anime) maybe they'll put tobi without his mask in the game

I love how everyone keeps getting toby and tobi confused. Like most people have said. Toby is not Tobi. and Tobi is not Toby. (Mindwise) The body is same from the Toby that died from being crushed under the boulder? (if i rmb correctly). Toby is a noob. and Tobi is Madara the Pro. XD Madara is such a nice name. tobi/madara does posses a sharingan. In the manga or anime it has not been specifically shown what his does, if anything at all. Therefore he can't have an in game move fr something he hasn't done.

Tobi not Toby is Madara. Toby does not exist in the Naruto World nor in this World.
Tobi in short is Madara - Greatness.
Hence Tobi being stupid and all can't be that good.
If Madara is available in the game. It would change his Face and Char.
