It is custom in naruto games to change something that was in their previous installment its sometimes good or just sucks, the rock, paper and scissors is just pure luck which makes it a bit hard. the ougi system is good enough although sometimes you just don't want to do attacks like charging just using same ougi, by putting the whole characters of naruto 3 it covered over the lack of new shipuuden characters. Although they were running on the manga they should have made more characters. The fighting style is mostly the same except completely new styles on the TS characters and some difference in the old ones. The shadding of shadows (which was some random lines going through the character) was removed they don't do the comic style anymore. Character drawings are clearer than before and looks brighter. If your a naruto you'll just like it without complaints and if your thinking about buying naruto 3 then buy this the same characters are playable.
