Fast Paced, with Flashy moves. Go figure...
The ultimate techniques, or Ougi have nice animations, though all of them end up with a "boom". These techniques cannot be found in the show, and gives the players a little "Wow" feel. This game is fast, mainly due to something that the player can do in battles. This is known as the "Kawarimi no jutsu", or replacing yourself with something. This allows the player to prevent themselves from getting hurt, and move behind the enemy in a blink. However, precise timing is needed, an this move can tell who the winner is in the game. It can be very good, when the player is frantically trying to move away from Neji's 36 hit combo with only a button which activates his power.
Other than that, every characters have their own arsenal of special attacks, ranging from cutscene, counters, to normal attack. Even everyones basic O attack is different. The variety and speed of the gameplay makes it a good game, with good animations that keep people at their seats.
