Interesting, challenging and... Venetian.

User Rating: 9.5 | Nancy Drew: The Phantom of Venice PC
Although not very difficult in the beginning, The Phantom of Venice has interesting stories, characters and places. The last few puzzles are more complicated and require much more time and attention.

Having been sent on a mission to help the Italian police catch a thief called 'The Phantom', you begin in the Casa Nascosta, the perfect place to watch their main suspect, the strange and solitary Antonio Fango, in his office. However, you soon start wondering whether other inhabitants of the Ca' are involved as well.

As in every game of the Nancy Drew series, you learn a variety of things by playing, including Italian words and chess notations, and you get to play a very interesting card game, called Scopa.

The puzzles are good and some are really complicated, the story and the characters are excellent and the locations are very nice. Definitely a game worth playing, and one of the best Nancy Drew games so far.
