Installs StarForce without telling you anywhere on the box or providing an uninstaller. Unacceptable.

Once you buy a game these days; if you open it you have a hard time taking it back. That's why game companies should put all of the software they intend to put on your computer on the box... every other licensed bit of software is proudly displayed on game boxes (Miles, Divx, Havoc, etc.), so the fact that publishers have to sneak "anti-piracy" software on your computer tells you that they are trying to force you to do something that you're probably not going to be happy with. As for the game... just get a console version and save yourself a headache.
