Great Game, like the ATV series but with MX
The gameplay on this game is great. It is a really fun game and is kind of like the ATV series except you can ride bikes and there is a lot of new content. There are a lot of races that you can do like Supercross(arena type raing), Nationals(outside dirt road type racing), Hill CLimb(You climb up a hill), short track(race on a short track), and more! I really liked riding the bikes a lot better than the ATV's. It's just more appealing to me that you can actually do that on a game and make it good. All the other dirt bike games that I have played have been horrible and have almost made me just quit trying. But this game changed my thinking all around. Now I might actually get more! You dont have to ride just MX bikes and ATV's, there are other cool vehicles that you can buy and ride such as a golf cart. They can be really fun to go and ride around and play with a little. My favorite type of race are the Short Track races. They are fun and fast paced. The onbly thing bad about the gameplay is the career. I think it could be much better and that it could actually have a story line or mabye even go over the limits and have an explore mode. Thos are just some possibilities that could bring the gameplay up to atleast a 9.
The graphics on this game are awewsome. They look so good. They are not quite up to the consle graphics(obviously) but are very very close to them. They are some of the best graphics on the PSP up there with Monster Hunter and Burnout Legends.
ZThe SOund on this game is good. The vehicles don't sound that good and they skip A LOT which can be pretty annoying but other than that everything is good, like the music, with a rock soundtrack that goes well with the gmae.
Overall, this is a great game and worth buying if you have a PSP and liek racing games. If you are looking for a really really good storyline, mabye pass this one.
