so, EA doesnt have the MLB liscense anymore. that doesnt mean that they can't make a baseball game, it just means they cant make one with MLB stuff in it. so, what do they do? they create this: MVP 06 NCAA Baseball. and suprisingly, it aint half bad. lets start with the good stuff. this year, they have exclusive access to the NCAA license, meaning every single divsion 1-A and 1-AA(i think) college that has a baseball team is here. the big mode is the Dynasty Mode. it is suprisingly deep, and is very close to the real thing. also, the audio is very good and the online is about as smooth as the other EA online games. now for the bad. the presentation is WAY WAY too simple. it's like EA said, "hey, lets just put a overly simplfied presentation on the screen and call it a day.", but im willing to let that slide, as the rest of the game looks very solid. overall, while not perfect, it is still a very solid game. i recommend it to anyone that either likes the MVP series, or likes college baseball. there is a lot to love here.
