If you like to run and gun this game is great. There's no shortage of gory goodness, and the gun play is easy enough that anyone can jump right in and start taking out zombies left and right. I only have a few complaints, like the lack of story, and there's only four campaigns that consist of five chapters each. On easy each campaign can be completed in around two hours, so the game is relatively short, playing on normal or above is probably your best bet. There's also the fact that you can only carry two weapons at a time, and only one med kit, which can be frustrating when one of your team mates is down and you having nothing to heal them with, trust me, you're going to want all of them around for as long as you can. But even with those minor setbacks Left4Dead is a great game, the first time I unloaded those double pistols into a horde of blood thirsty zombies I was laughing gleefully and I don't think I'll ever get tired of doing that. It's frantic pace are more than enough to make up for it's shortfalls, despite the brevity of Left4Dead I would recommend this game to fans of the survival horror genre, buy it, you won't be sorry.
