Murdered: Soul Suspect sees Detective Ronan O'Connor investigating his own murder from limbo world Dusk.
I get the concept , but , that after , after the fact scene in the street where the mugger or whatever took his "holstered" gun out of the holster and shot the dead man walking with his own gun that was not in his holster , this may have been an illusion or the dead man was not careful with handling sidearms ? it must be just me I did not hear or see 7 shots go off before the window scene ? I get the concept of where this may be heading , but , not from this video ? sorry I watched this 5 times and still don't get it ? believe me I am not one of those damn critics either !
Why we really need next gen while still we can play awesome games like this!!!
Looks like LA Noire meets Ghost Trick : Phantom Detective. that means awesomeness
VERY interested. Funny how Square Enix's most interesting games are the games they publish and don't develop lol
@SavoyPrime Except when you pause it at 2:18, it says the game is being both published AND developed by Square Enix.
u wanna know why this is chief?
its not ac 19 or cod 12 or who gives a fuck 7, its new, its cool, its probably a 7.5 but fresh is better then stale anyday
The premise of the game definitely looks cool... Looking forward to seeing what the actual gameplay looks like.
Premise looks interesting, though with a name like Ronan O'Connor was kind of hoping it would be set in Ireland rather than what appears, from accent, to be America.
Hmmm...not a very good assassin if he doesn't know the heart is on the LEFT side of the chest ;)
@JoshDPU It's actually in the center, behind the sternum, but since the left ventricle is a little bigger than the right one it is considered to be on the left side... I think.
This could be a very fun game, if done right. I'm going to be keeping an eye on it. Or, you know, hitting the +follow button. Don't judge me!
This looks awesome, like LA Noire esc with the clue findings and the potential Deus Ex exploring.
I don't really care what SE says, the games I've played from them recently have been pretty impressive. This definitely looks great. Like others are saying, the gameplay is really a big subject. It doesn't appear to be a shooter so far. I'm thinking it might be something similar to Alan Wake, where there was shooting but it was done a little differently. Either way, this is a picture perfect trailer. Amazing and beautiful cinematic and then some in-game video. Awesome job SE, definitely looking forward to E3
@Oozyrat Well, although I don't know which games you played recently, the most recent Square Enix games were just being published by them. The games they developed haven't been very good for some time. However, this game surely isn't being made by Square Enix. It's either Eidos Montreal or some other western developer that's making it.
That said, I'm really excited about it and grateful that it's coming to PC.
@AndCarlsen That's true. Maybe their just a really good publisher then :P and yeah, even though I play most games on console and get a few on PC, I always hate not seeing PC included in a launch. Though with a ton of pirating I can see why they avoid it, but still it's not fair to the PC only gamers that actually do buy the games. Like most, I get my games through Steam, and with their sales I don't know why anyone wouldn't spend $5-$10 on a legal copy :/ I'm pretty cheap with money but seriously?
I think this would better as a film than a game, cool story. Reminds me a bit of Patrick Swayze in Ghost.
Eidos is on a role. Pretty much keeping SE afloat single-handedly at this point.
OMG THIS LOOKS AMAZING!! i remember seeing this when i played hitman absolution. there was a extra menu for upcoming games and i saw "Murdered: Soul Suspect" and i was instantly interested!! i already know its going to be a great game cause square enix and eidos has proved to me that they can make great games like hitman, sleeping dogs, singularity, deus ex, tomb raider, and the upcoming thief.
@Roweb0t Hitman is created by IO Interactive and published by Eidos
but i love your enthusiasm
He better watch out from turning Vengeful or the Winchesters well haunt his ass.....
Hey does anyone notice that the killer is shooting in the back side, but the holes on the "soul" is made from the front side?
Either a basic mistake or souls are everything opposite to their body.
