Unbelievable... One of the most addictive games, GameSpot simply can't see in this game something good..
It's simply wonderful game.. Tournaments, sieges, wars etc.. It just feels like you are in the 12th century (or whatever that century is) and fighting as a Lord for your chosen realm..
The game has few bugs that should be fixed, and the AI isn't too smart, but this game that weights only ~500MB is one of the best I have ever played, usually good games are over 1GB (for me), but this one is fantastic and simple.
Tutorial doesn't explain everything you need to know, but that isn't even required. While playing this game it will be more fun to learn that by yourself, the battles on horses are great. On battlefield without a horse you're simply dead..
Just a great game, that's all - and about GameSpot review - it's TERRIBLE, it's like the reviewer who gave Darkfall Online 2 out of 10, but this isn't so bad case. I recommend GameSpot reviewers to play this game for a bit more, 10 minutes is not enough to fully enjoy the game, and in quick battle mode you wont enjoy the game fully. Just when you join any side in war it will be a bit hard, as other lords have strong and big armies that clearly outnumber you, so in the beginning when becoming a lord of your kingdom and getting village you should avoid battling againist bigger enemies, unless you have your kingdom Lord on your side.
