Damnation- Repetitive, Horrible, and overall just not fun to play. Sounds good, doesn't it?

No one should ever be tricked into spending $60 on this abysmal piece of work. A horrible game with horrible voice work, game play, characters, and story.
Some one must have thought that making a game with puppet like characters and a color scheme consisting of various browns and grays to be a brilliant idea. The only environments that you will be viewing for this steam punk inspired game consist of mountains and oddly constructed buildings, while being forced to look at your eerily Muppet like character, who looks like he dove into a wood chipper.
Game play: 1.5/10
This is where things get even worse. Damnation is a steam punk inspired "game" where you run around monotonous environments, shooting the same enemy over and over again, and climbing tall vertical structures which apparently someone actually lived in. That is essentially all you do in Damnation. Climb weird buildings and shoot robot/human hybrids. This is not made better with the slow moving camera, brain dead AI partners, and lack of effective weapons. Your pistol, machine gun, and shotgun are severely underpowered, and sound like a hobo built it out of a old shopping cart, a metal chain, and a cat. The on foot sections are occasionally broken up by vehicle sections, consisting of a motorcycle like vehicle, and a strange looking car which seats three people. While on these vehicles, you will mostly be traveling through caves, with the random ability to actually drive sideways on specially marked walls. These, unfortunately, are not much better, and don't alleviate the action much.
Perhaps some of the worst voice acting ever heard by man permeates this game. Cheesy one liners by your Mexican "partner" and the evil female characters will constantly make you both laugh at how terrible they sound and wince in pain at how bad the writing is. The plot doesn't add anything to this already broken game, because you just wont care about what you are attempting to do or who the good guys are. With an incredibly boring main character, and some of the most annoying sidekicks in video game history, any sort of emotional connection doesn't occur. And your character's name is Rourke Hamilton. It's that bad.
Because it isn't fun to play through the game the first time around, there isn't any second time. I suppose you could subject one of your friends to play in co-operative play with you, but you risk exposing him to Rourke Hamilton and his terrifying partner, Zagato. And who wants that?
The multi player in this game is a part of Damnation, therefore it sucks. Good luck attempting to find a full game with others, because i believe that a total of 12 copies have been sold of this game. There is a shortage of game modes, and your level of enjoyment will be severely low for this games multi player.
