Well, not quite, but pretty darn close. Despite the lack of monster trucks and trophy trucks, Motorstorm: Arctic Edge feels...well, it feels like Motorstorm...with crappier graphics. You still get the addictive crashes, and the fun that Motorstorm brings, but you don't get the joy of watching a clean car becoming a very dirty car.

The major downside of this game is that...well, it's not as challenging as the previous games and the AI aren't nearly as aggressive. That said, it's still a Motorstorm game, and it's still good. They've even included Split screen mode.

So, if you every wanted to know what the whole Motorstorm craze is about but don't have a PS3, well, then pick up Arctic Edge. It's all the fun of the PS3 games without having to shell out the money for a new system.

Motorstorm Arctic Edge gets four exploding vehicles out of five.
