Errrrm..... This was only avaliable in Europe. You can only get this on Ebay.
Anyways, on with the review.
Like the Genesis version, it has a blood code that you can activate with a button combination(2, 1, 2, Down, Up at the third screen of the Code storyline)
When you do that, you are taken to this ugly looking title screen. Also the game, like the Game Gear version(infact ITS THE SAME THING AS THE GG VERSION), is missing Kano. Also the controls are unresponsive. It is so freaking hard to do a special move. It only has Goro's Lair & The Pit as the stages. & you can't do the pit fatality, which sucks. Most of the lacking things make what could of been a great arcade port more like a ruined disaster.
Overall, avoid.

Has a blood code
Thats about it
Bad:
Kano missing
Only has Goro's Lair & The Pit as stages
Missing a lot of things
