Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe User Review
This solid action-packed game is great, even without the violence!

Name: Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe
Genre: Fighting
This game doesn't deserve its hate. Why does everybody hate it? Not enough blood, eh? Well, I know. I felt the same way when I saw "not enough blood". But when I played it, I had second thoughts...
Gameplay: The gameplay is one of a kind. The fighting is solid and the new battle mechanics make it great. Close Kombat is kind of a "kreate-a-grab" kind of thing. The Close Kombat is intense, with a variety of moves to choose from. Twisting opponents' arms, a knee in the stomach, and a quick swipe to the face are examples of the unique feature. Rage makes you morre powerful, and it can completely destroy your enemies if you know special combos. Freefall Kombat can let you fight in mid-air, like in action movies. The special moves are brutal, like shooting a giant block of ice at an enemy? Sweet!
Graphics: The perfect graphics are included in this game (Besides Wonder Woman's). The arenas are beautiful! They have nice little details, like Baraka's drool, Superman's cape blowing, and jumping in the water in the "World's Collide" stage.
Sound: Realistic punch sounds make an action game sometimes. This game has very realistic sounds, and each character has their own voice. Shang Tsung's, Scorpion's, Joker's, Darkseid's, and Green Lantern's voices are the best. The special move sounds are good, too.
Characters: The characters in here are my favorites! They have Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Kitana, Kano, Jax, Baraka, Shang Tsung, Liu Kang, Shao Kahn, Superman, Batman, Catwoman, Flash, Green Lantern, Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Joker, Deathstroke, Darkseid, and Dark-Kahn.
Replay Value: They have lots of modes and challenges and trophies to play around with. Even a story!
Overall: A perfect fighting game!

MK vs. DC is a crossover fighting game lacking in content, balancing, and substance.

Excellent Combat makes up for lack of gore.

MK vs DC can be a fun time, but the lack of gore and unlockable kontent make for a game that shys from greatness.
