It looks awesome, and I think the touch screen is for mini games and I think for fatalities, not for all the time you are playing, so dont worry a lot about that.XD
I can imagine it'll be fun for mini games to have the touch enabled but it's pretty pointless in actual kombat when you don't have time to move your finger away from the face buttons.
the game looks amazing, but the touch screen looks a little bit awkward, certainly is not cool having your finger blocking the screen
