Brutal, bloody and fun... oh yeah, Mortal Kombat is back and determinated to do some damage. The people at NetherRealm studios sure gave us a superb MK. The most interesting part of this new (and at the same time old) game is the Challenge Tower wich offers 300 different challenges and also works as an enormous tutorial. Some can be very funny but some can be very diffucult. But lucky us if you have some spare money to give away you can pay to skip them. Of course thats for ordinary people but defenetly not for absolute fans like us. Of course there also the famous ''Ladder'' wich has been in the Mortal Kombat since early 1992 and the first games. Forget about the modern 3D fighting games, MK is back in a stylish 2D vest and it looks pretty sweet. Mostly because the old fans remember and miss the days of the old school fighting wich we all wanted to see again. The X-rays are very funny sometimes but also useful and determinating in an online match for example. After some time you can't do without... The controls are pretty old school, that's of course if you remember the combinations of the first games. If you wore champions with Scorpion, Sub-Zero or Reptile back in the days then you are champions with them now as well. Anyway a big MK game that satisfy the hunger of the fans for fatalities. The old ones that started playing in the '90. So the fans say thanks and also Kratos wich is the guest of honor for the PS3 version.
