Living Forest fatality?

I got the demo and I've done each characters fatalities and the stage fatality for the Pit but I can't get the one for the Living Forest to work. I know I'm probably just standing at the wrong distance or maybe it won't work in the demo. Anyone know if you can do it or where you have to stand?

The Living Forest Fatality cannot be done on the demo.
