How do you perform breakers?

For a Breaker, you need to have at least 2 bars of special filled and then press Forward+RT (forward being towards the opponent) as you are being hit by a combo. It will use one bar of the special meter.

Pressing block after the first hit of a combo will allow you to perform a "Breaker" however it will use up some of your special bar.
