About mastery?

What i have to do to mastery a fighter to gainthe trophy?

In the Nekropolis, go to a character and select him and select character stats. There are mile stones. Like a certain amount of X-Rays landed, Victories and time spent. You must complete all of them to gain mastery of that character. Then you will get a trophy
