About jade trophy?

I did 2 flawess victory on shang tsung and a fatality but next fight kintaro apeared not jade.....i play in very easy and use and restart a lot the fight with shang.....

why jade not apeared?

You cannot restart the fight and have to get to shang tsung without lose any round.
