Sounds like he's trying to sell MH to the masses... Clearly niche/hardcore game to anyone who's actually played it out west...

To Meridian- Who cares its jus one less pedophile to worry about. At C99JS- Before you flame people for trying to do they're job(they do suck at it though) maybe learn to spell some of those words you are using to flame them.

I agree with c99js about the goons that did this preview. Get rid of that dude in the middle.

I just feel outraged that gamespot has let these three goons sit there and take the piss out of this hugeley under estimated game that has had poor advertising campaigns and back up in the past, yet which stands today as to be probably the best game ever invented for sheer gameplay and enjoyment.

i also feel that gamespot should probably give an appologie to the developers of monster hunter and capcom for these idiotic reviewers that clearly have not done their research. especialy after they have had interviews with the game developers which are there to promote the game itself.

shame on the baldy, wunder if theres any othergames he clearly hasnt actually played to review n thus is probably not doing his job. FIRE THE MAN!

there is no experience points system, you carve the animals and use that to create and build upon weapons nd armour thus amking everyone equals as you will ALWAYS need to get carves off animals.
its not set in medievil times its set in a completely different world that has evolved around monsters.
its not a button mashing game, that wud put it down to something like rockemsockem robots or something rediculous. you have to time the combos and time it right when you can heal yourself and when you can launch your attacks otherwise you will die. the only type of leveling up in the game is pure learnt skills and remebering what different monsters do, where they live, what they eat, whether they run or fight, what theyre strengths and weaknesses are, if you can capture them or not, and what signs they show when they are near death. Its no good running in guns ablazing swords flying everywhere arrows over head and then killing it when you were ment to capture it :S

    continued further....

ATTENTION GAMESPOT!!!: the bald person sat in the middle of the screen that seems to be 'trying' to answer the questions clearly has no idea what he is talking about. ill state afew points but i think anyone cud find more if you took a second to look and then fire that guy! --->
