Get ready to hunt down those monsters!
One of those guys is fighthing with soul edge.....is this the same creative team of games like soul edge and Soul Calibur??
This is just the MHP2ndG into trailer with a weird voiceover, oh and also some other footage from what looks like MHP. Why can't these games have online without the hassle of Kai. :(
This game looks good but the voice is terrible cant they be a bit more creative than: "Hunt alone and you will probably die"? anyway i still think the game loks good
You can play this online using Ad-hoc Party on the PS3. Make a Japanese account and download it from the Japanese PSN Store. Of course it is coming to the NA stores too soon.
wish this was on the consoles i remember the ps2 version which was amazing they dropped the online support but if it was still on i would still play it. that iconic monster hunter tune sends shivers down my spine :) oh the good memories
If you have wireless internet then you can use a program called Xlink kai to play ad hoc games over the net :D
can you only use ad hoc on this one too and not online? cause this would be freaking awsome if this goes online. wanted to play this game with other people but friends didnt have the game or didnt have a psp
rock ban dont you mean a pop band and what hell be fighting kids ....lol after alll its ok to share ur bed quoting from him ....!!!
damn why did Michael Jackson have to die soo young!!!!! soo sad, They should make a rock band game about him.
Visuals look great and the story looks to be good but the trailer put everything out on the table in a kinda lame way.
@Kavadias - Yeah they really need to add more inviting features or at least a newbie tutorial that lets new peeps get a feel for the strange controls. I myself passed up Monster Hunter Freedom for the PSP many times cuz it just didnt look appealing to me. In my mind i thought it was gonna b some sorta pokemon knockoff with dinosaurs but boy was i wrong! Once you get past the controls and play the game for a few hours it's fun as hell unlocking new weapons/armor/skills for your character. Alotta JRPG's specially the MMO ones have you gather massive or rare items in order to craft something and this game is no different but still appealing knowing that if you work hard and save up you can obtain some pretty good gear. Not to mention taht when you first boot up the guild hall and use xkai or just regular ad hoc it's really impressive taking 3 other people into the mission to hunt with you. Again I agree that the demo isnt done well enough to entice new players but maybe you should at least give it a good honest try and you'll find it's a wonderful game.
I tried the demo for this game and it really didn't encourage me to buy the full game. It was overcomplicated, dull and repetitive. Shame really because I was looking forward to it as well.
