Party edition makes for more fun !! You can have many different board types and set up custom gameplay which makes it more challenging. The monopoly guy's voice gets kind of annoying at times, especially if you are losing, lol. I recommedn playing the classic game board a few times to get the hang of the gameplay, and then have some fun with the different game boards. Plays just like the classic board game except that each player rolls at the same time for faster gameplay. The gameplay is the best in the series so far and the graphics are descent. The sound is OK, except for the guys voice, and you can pick this game up for pretty cheap. If you have alot of people who like to play the original monopoly, then this is a great 4-player game worth having for the gamecube.
