Well, i am surprised!

I thought that the wifi on the DS was a simple gimmic, pictochat... that kind of stuff..

But then i played battleships.

You know, you only need to have ONE copy of the game to play against another mate with a DS in battleships!
The touch screen is fantastic with it too, but you are again limited to no sounds from the downloaded version (person with no game), and also the choice of themes, you have just the classic look...

All other games, although boggle in my view is the worst of them all in this package, when its over, there isnt a real fanfair over the winner... with battle ships you explode and die and writhe in agony on the floor.. but with boggle, you look at all of the 1000's of words you made up and pretty much thats it..

Monopoly is the game which seems to of had most of the development time put into. The text on the board is virtually unreadable at times, but hey! its better than just getting the original board game out!!

...or is it?

Even though they are classic board games, apart from battleships, none really capture the esscence of their original counterparts.
Monopoly is confusing to use at best, bettleships is easy and intuitive, yatzee is pretty fun... boggle is kind of ok, monopoly is good, but not better than the original game (which is a shame as you can do LOTS more with a software version, but somehow its not as authentic as it could be...)

Battleships is by far the best of the bunch in this pile, and well worth the purchase to start a quick game. everything is great, no sub menus to navigate and it just set up your ships, get about a tonne of misses and then finally ITS A HIT!!!!!!!

My view in 4 words? Battleships is the best.
