One of the best adventure games ever played!

Thinking back to April 1991 and my birthday..... The only thing I remember apart from seeming my grand parents off on there cruise was getting my hands on Monkey Island 2.

This was the first Monkey Island game I played, having only briefly dabbled in The Secret of Monkey Island. Loading it up for the first time was an experience (mind you this was back in the days when sound cards were expensive extras) The Monkey Island music blasting out of the PC speakers set me in awe, the graphics outstanding, Lucas Arts had done it again!!

The music had made such an impact on me that even to this day I get a kick out of it and I even managed to find a live version of Monkey Island theme song on MP3!

The game has great comedy as well as logical and illogical thinking in it, with at least 1 Star Wars parody in it. 2 levels of game play which for the most part mirror each other.

I still to this day break it out every now and again to give myself a bit of a laugh and have a great time.

All I have to say is if you love adventure games and you haven’t played this then you don’t know what you’re missing.

Do yourself a favor and GO GET IT SOMEHOW
