I wonder if anyone at 2k Games have ever heard the term "Class action Lawsuit"

I try very hard not to be cynical when it comes to the gaming industry having been an avid gamer ever since the first coin-op Asteroids Game hit my local bowling alley way back in 1979 and then this. My thoughts after just a few moments with this game was first "Class Action Law Suit" and second, trying to understand how management at 2K Games could sleep at night. Without doubt this is the most blatant case of repackaging of a previous game (MLB 2K12) I have ever encountered, and the topper, they actually removed a major feature (Online leagues) from last year's version which makes this even less than. Like most long time gamers at times I have felt some of my game purchases didn't bring the value I expected but never have I felt like I was mugged in a dark alley for $60 like I do after this game purchase. Just by coincidence I happen to live less than 15 minutes away from 2K Games Novato California Corporate Office and my wife is trying everything she can think of to keep me from driving over there and demanding my money back.

Here is some advice for you 2K Games instead of enticing us gamers with a $1,000,000 to throw a perfect game, how about you keep the million dollars and entice yourselves to make the perfect game.
