This is probably (right now) the best baseball game out there. I have played both MVP Baseball and now MLB, and I much prefer MLB to MVP. Sure, the graphics aren't as pretty, but the gameplay is better -- the AI is smarter (baserunners go halfway for pop ups/flyouts unlike MVP), the CPU subs pitchers based on the hitter (ie lefty vs lefty), and the career mode is a ton of fun (you create a guy and have to show off your stuff during spring training to get a contract). In addition, you can play online, you get a free New Era cap ($16 value + shipping), and this game is also $10 cheaper than EA's game. You can't beat the value and it's a great game. Highly recommended.
