Best baseball game to date! Great mechanics and lots of fun!

First of all I feel that I should let you know that this game is not for everyone! Baseball is not an easy sport and it shows in MLB 09. It takes some getting used to because of how good the mechanics of the game are. For example, it won't be as easy to beat the Yankees with a team like the Mariners as it would in a game like The Bigs or even MLB 2K9. This is a very difficult game, which is why i would say rent it first and see if its for you, unless you're a die hard baseball fan. If you are a die hard baseball fan, there is no other baseball game you should dream of buying, this is by far the best. However, having said all of that this game is absolutely as close to real baseball as you can with a game console unless you get your buddies to throw a Sega Dreamcast at you while you're holding a bat.
