Can you get contract offers from other teams?

Or just the team you choose to go to spring traing with?

You can, only if you're a decent player though. I reached my pitcher up to max overall and got 3 contract offers from the Braves, Mariners, and the Yankees for 150M a peace for 7 years (of course I declined these offers and changed the contract from 7 years to 1 year)
