I'm going to get right to the point, I like this game. It is one of the better games based on a Hollywood movie. Despite the fact that it doesn't follow the movie exactly it gives you a good sense of the action from the big screen.
Some of my favorite things about Mission: Impossible are the animations, the levels and the game play. The character animations are superb, I think, because the developers went to great lengths to make them detailed and interesting. For example, when you use the dart gun to knock a guard out he gets woozy and eventually slumps over. But that's not all, if you stick around and watch the guard will slowly wake up and try to walk. They usually stagger and have to sit down to shale off the rest of the drug.
There are a couple of levels that I had a ton of fun on, like the Embassy and the CIA. The Embassy is great because it is all under cover and you have to smooth to complete your mission without getting caught. I like the CIA Interrogation level beacuse you have to sneak by cameras and try to blind them with spray paint, all the while taking out guards. Then once you're in the Infirmary you have to create a diversion to escape.
On the down side some of the graphics aren't very good and the detail level isn't as high as it could be. Also, the gun shots sound muffled and some of the voice overs are laughable. I suppose Misson: Impossible isn't the best game ever made, but it is still a good addition to any library.
