This is a great, addictive beat-'em-up that you'll find yourself playing over and over again.

I picked this game up not knowing what to expect, and i ended up buying a gem, at least in my eyes. This game was thoroughly slaughtered by critics, receiving a 4.1 here on GameSpot and a 53% overall at GameRankings. Simply put, I enjoyed this game to the fullest extent.

The gameplay is some of the best you'll find in a beat-'em-up, and enemies have ragdoll physics, meaning when you shoot them with your high-tech guns, they fly back. A fun thing to do with enemies is throw them out windows or off buildings. You can run, jump, even fly, if you have a jetpack. All the basic action game features.

The graphics look standard to the console. I don't know exactly how to describe them, but they look just as any other game generally does. Nothing special, just standard.

The sound is fine. Treyarch featured The Apex Theory, a band which had their music video put in the game. Again, nothing too special.

But the game as a whole is what is so great. There are tons of levels in this game. Some take 5 minutes, while some may take 15. You may feel like sticking around a few levels just because they're so much fun. Anyone can blow right through this game, but the replayability keeps you coming back to it. You'll enjoy breaking things, beating people up, and just destroying everything in sight in this futuristic world. Oh yeah, and there's a story somewhere, too. Point is, if you like beat-'em-ups, you need to buy this game. Chances are that you can find it in your local bargain bin.
