Minecraft Minecraft no offence to those 24/7 Minecraft gamers but get a life and I mean a life off of Minecraft give me all the thumbs down you want but you think I care? And I don't know why i'm giving minecraft a capital cause it does not deserve one. minecraft is like Marijuana for you life wasters. Ok I know i'm a bit harsh and all but i'm only talking to those minecraft freaks not the people who play a bit for fun.
@DromCZ Yeah, you play CoD. You wont admit it. But you do. And that was a nice little...paragraph walkthrough thing of a typical romp through Minecrafts world, but Im still not intrigued. Ive watched tons of videos on it and while you might be able to do what you described, its not designed for that. Its designed for open world "mess around" gameplay that caters to pre teens with hours and hours of free time. Once again, no thanks.
@grim0187 sorry to disappoint you, but no, I don't play games like CoD. And you clearly know nothing about minecraft. there is a goal. Here's direct way: mine wood > craft crafting table > craft wooden pickaxe > mine stone > craft stone pickaxe > mine iron > smelt it to iron ingots > craft iron pickaxe > find and mine diamonds > craft diamond pickaxe > find and mine obsidian > build nether portal > find nether fortress and farm blazes (mobs that drop blaze rods) > go back a kill endermen and loot Ender perls > craft Eyes of Ender from perls and blaze rods > use these to find underground fortress > activate End portal with more ender perls > kill Ender Dragon (first destroy healing towers) > collect Dragon Egg > End credits! And try to survive all this with mobs everywhere and hunger on top. You can make weapons, armors, potions, enchantments. You need coal for torches and fuel to furnaces. Farm/breed for food. And even got wolves to protect you. and you can enjoy LEGO-like mechanics
@DromCZ Ahh, another one of these bandwagon jumpers. I bet you prestiged a couple of times in CoD. You'll deny it. But I know. I know. Creative sandbox gameplay is fine. But this just looks like "here, just do what you want" with no clearly defined objective or purpose. Like I said, its fine for the younger generation who can spend days just wasting time on pointless crap, but for us older gamers who actually want a little more substance in their game and dont want to just "mess around" this is pointless.

I built the Pikachu, haha. Good video guys - it was difficult to see in the nether though cos it's so dark, maybe you could boost the brightness up next time you do a video there. :)
Minecraft? Still? Seriously, I dont get the appeal of this game. Whats the point? Whats the goal? Do you just...do random crap? I mean, if your 14 with hours of time on your hands, great. If you got a job and a family and you only get to game a few hours a day, do you really wanna spend it on a game that looks like it was made for the SNES and HAS no real purpose to it other then "OMGZ1! I CANZ DO WATEVERZ I WANTS TO, IM LUKE GODZ IN HURRZ!!!!" no...
I see the whole server and realize I would NEVER EVER be able to build a huge epic boat or pikachu due to the fact that I could NEVER be that patient I am more of a mining man... Never an architect...

If you guys want to see a fortress or the end let me know and I'll try and lead you there. I should have the route marked with torches but I sort of ran out on my way back. Also if heading to the end PM @Csonic6 , @DromCZ and other folk on the server, we might want to posse up for heading in there.
Major props to @DromCZ for telling us about the redstone path to the nether fortress. Apologies we didn't give you a shout-out in the video mate!
