It’s just been a few days since the Xbox One's launch and already gamers are experiencing issues with the console.

Some users are reportedly facing problems with their console's disc drive.
The glitch occurs when they insert a disc into the drive. In some instances, users are greeted by a disturbing sound of clicking and grinding while in others the Xbox One's drive refuses to read the discs at all.
Perturbed users contacted Reddit, Kotaku, a gaming news website and Microsoft's Support Forum to complain that their new consoles were faulty. Still others have uploaded videos to exhibit the problem.
One complaint reads, "[I] received my console on launch and after going through the setup everything seemed great. Played a few rounds of Killer Instinct but then really wanted to get down to it and popped in Dead Rising 3 but was greeted with what you hear in the video."
