Like, if I put in the command "/say Hi everybody @p" it comes out as
@: Hi everybody"
Is there anyway to change the @ so it looks better?

It says "@ whispers hello", which still has nothing to do with my first post, in which I asked if there was any way to change the "@", so it says something else.

Get rid of the @p? /say Hi everybody.
I'm fairly sure @p is a function for directing the command towards individual players.

You guys are not reading my posts correctly. I know exactly what @p, @r, and @a do.
This is not the problem I am having.I want the
command block, the entity itself to be named something other than "@".
/say and /tell will still have the command block named as "@". This is what I want changed.

Sorry bro, I don't think that there is a way. The '@' is just the way that Jeb made it, maybe you can suggest of way of changing it.

They say that ignorance is bliss. I'd have to agree in most cases.

You can set the command block to execute commands siliently without generating text (to non-ops) Useful for teleporters and item givers that aren't spammy., but if you choose to display the commands they will start with @. Sorry.

I don't know anything about command blocks, but if the name of the block itself is actually "@", you might be able to change it by putting it into an anvil and renaming it.

The block's name is "Command Block".
You can use an anvil to rename it, but placing custom named blocks in the world makes them lose their name anyway.
