Any good anarchy servers?

I'm talking REAL anarchy. Anything goes kind of anarchy.
Preferably, one that doesn't give donators an advantage. I've found a few that look good but they only allow /sethome and such to donators or VIPS or whatever you want to call them. I don't like that. I don't really need those kind of commands, I'm cool with vanilla, but if someone else has them I'd like them too.

its PvP, there is donations but that doesnt stop you drom killing people... outside of the main city. its my grief server.

Most "Anarchy" servers are "Anything goes...IF you donate. Otherwise donators have some sort of ridiculous advantage and/or protection"
I've only seen one good "Anarchy" server and it's been down for a week or so.
