@Left_4_Human No he didnt. Zenimax and Mojang went to court over the Scrolls name, Mojang won, they didnt get sued.

I've really enjoyed how open Mojang and Notch have been about Minecraft. Its been successful because its engrossing, and despite being made of cubes draws you in to the point that when you get attacked suddenly you jump out of your seat. Expecially when that tell tale TSsssss..... Happens right behind you. After the release, you better have armor on. Go Mojang!

I'll take a break from Skryim to starting playing the full version of Minecraft if Notch takes a break from Minecraft to play Skryim - prefferably to get my character's Destruction to 100

This man is the dude! :D "Any games in particular?" "Yeah, Skyrim!" Any of the big publishers would've died before they openly confessed playing a game made by someone they were involved in a lawsuit with. This what I like about Notch and his team...they might've become big time devs earning big bucks, but they're still gamers, like us. Not money grubbing corporate zombies.

@Left_4_Human His company didnt get sued. Mojang actually won the interim injunction against Bethesda/Zenimax.

Heh. Notch: I am going to play games. Interviewer: Any particular? Notch: Yes Skyrim. Haha I mean look, his company got sued and he still played Skyrim.
