try "leopard snuggie" i tried it for my first survival map, (i picked it cause it was the first thing I saw in my room) and it is pretty cool. 3 dungeons under spawn, tons of pigs, and a snow biome

Try herpderp for a seed. Really cool mountains with massive grass-filled caves, ton of wolves and a massive icy ocean. Pretty cool

'Gargamel' is good, i used it on the PC version when it was in 1.6 too.
lots of mountains, but it was a fun place to build in and explore.
also, when 1.0.0 comes out, prepare for 'Winter', its ironic to say the least.

the problem with that is new terrain generation will change the seeds, a new update will make Gargamel into something completely different.

And it can be deleted and another one made for each update...not a big deal. Still would be nice to have a sticky since sharing seeds is a rather big part of Minecraft...
