It should be the best in series since HOMM3 but it did not make it, only those bugs ruin this game completely
Back to the first day I play this game, I'm thinking myself this series is fun due to it's pace of gameplay and a lot of thing that I will mention it later. I like it very much, but something woke me from this good dream turn in to nightmare...... Just only an incredible bugs that ruin this game. I try to bias and wait until they launch the first patch but still it have numerous bug in game..... Still I'm waiting for the next patch but I cannot blind no more so I put this 8.0 score to this game rather than 10 that I intend to do at the first moment. Like I said in the title it should be the best.....
Good:
1. Dynasty system
2. Gameplay
3. Better sound effect and music
4. Good main plot story
5. Better Art and graphic design
Bad:
1. BUGS, even the first patch won't help.... This is unforgivable.....
2. Only 5 faction... I need my Elven and Dungeon faction oh I also miss those dragon (from each faction in the previous series) as well.
3. DRM, If connection lost, the game will kick us back to main menu immediately... That's horrible.. sometime I almost win the boss.
4. Due to DRM, I can say that sometime server is down and I cannot connect to conflux server... only hope it will be better....
5. I said it have a good plot.... but again they fail to tell it... It should be better that the game should recommend the sequence of the campaign, In that way It will help to tell the story.
6. Bad In game engine story teller... I need a good CG novel or something better.
