Failure to re-release old school MK onto a portable system!!!
I only got this for the old school Mortal Kombats.
I grew up on these games. THey stuck to my heart like glue and I soon as I saw this game and left EBgames thinking that I should hae bought it. I always went to EBgames bugging myself to buying it and finallt I did it. I bought it! Hurray! But not such a big hurray! because these MK games were a total mess from top to bottom! Such an utter mess. Couldn't play any of the three without getting bored after 2 mintues of playing these awful, badly remade game. They remade it in such a horrible way! The game play don't even get me started is so fast and terrible! It's no where near as fun as the Sega Genesis or Super Nintendo version! The fast and difficult gameplay totally ruins it for the original and really, 100% takes the fun out of enjoying the fun filled game which I thought would have beengreat to be able to travel with and bring back the memories as a kid. Man! What A terrible collection! Even on easy mode it still is waaaaaayyyyy to difficult and un-fun to enjoy. Take my advise this is something on the PSP that you really want to try to avoid atleast 90% of the time! Even if your're a die hard MK fan like I am you'll still be dissatisfied completely! I sure was!!! If you're looking for the best portable MK game get MK Unchained, which is not a totally great re-creation, but a fun game based upon MK Deception, which is obviously much more fun than this piece of garbage. Anything is better than this! Even MK Advance is better and more fun than this! Enjoy MK Unchained, but AVOID THIS!!!
