Audio:
Fantastic voice acting supported with a great sound track worthy of the films and nice sound effects too.
Visuals:
Could have done with a bit more variety and does suffer from a few minor bugs, Nothing major though.
Game Play:
A mixture of Assassin's Creed/Batman Arkham style combat system. It's fun to run around and either use stealth to take out enemies or take them out with a good old fashion beat down.
Other:
The story isn't as gripping as it could have been. Plenty of side quests to do but suffers from repetitive objectives. Like Arkham Asylum, It's a bit too tempting to play the game all the way through in their own version of Detective Mode. The game is incredibly addictive to play and hard to put down, It was honestly the only One game that I played for weeks until I got all but 1 achievement. It finally goes the Lord of the Rings justice in the video game world. So much potential for a sequel that it's mind blowing how great it could be.
Overall: 8/10
The issues in this game are minor at best. It's so addictive, so fun. It's in my top 5 of the best Xbox One games of all time. Regardless if you are a fan of the Lord of the Rings or not, You must play this game.
