Its... ok.
I enjoy changes to any series and just expect a different game. That is what this is. It is not the greatest control scheme and it's not that awful either. The story and the method in obtaining your weapons is painful though when you have played metroid as long as I have.
Anyway, don't expect the metroid your used to and you may enjoy a new action game that is just plain good and nothing else.
Now visually there is nothing to brag about here. Now before I go on, No More Heroes is one of my favorite games and that looks terrible, but I do not let that stop me from enjoying it. Anyway, my buddy brought it over to play on my hd big screen and I got to at least mention it does look kinda bad, which is disappointing to be going backwards from a wonderful looking metroid prime 3.
Again, that wouldn't stop me from telling anyone the game is more than it is, but it just isn't all that.
I am a cut scene movie game kinda player and they looked good for wii, but I don't think I can get past how they portrayed Samus in this one.
Well, 7.0 -7.5 for me. Play for yourself and maybe you think different and that is cool.
